Production Material Handler

About the Role We are seeking a meticulous and safety-conscious Material Handler to ensure the smooth flow of finished products. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting, packing, and preparing items for shipment, while adhering to strict quality and safety standards. Your attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace will directly contribute to our operational efficiency. Responsibilities Meticulously inspect finished products to identify and report any quality deviations to the appropriate operator, ensuring only conforming products proceed to packaging. Accurately weigh and label packed cases, completing all required documentation to maintain inventory accuracy and traceability. Expertly stack finished products on pallets, adhering to established patterns to ensure stability and prevent damage during transport. Provide proactive support to the Converting Operator during roll changes, minimizing downtime and maximizing production output. Conduct routine safety checks to verify all safety guards are correctly placed and functioning, fostering a safe working environment. Perform regular quality control checks, meticulously documenting findings to maintain product integrity and identify areas for improvement. Maintain a consistently clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to all safety protocols and promoting a culture of workplace safety. Provide support to the Converting Operator with various tasks as directed, contributing to the overall efficiency of the production line. Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent. Must be eligible to work in the United States. Successful completion of pre-employment background check and drug screen. Willingness to work overtime as needed to meet production demands. Commitment to continuous learning and development, with satisfactory completion of required training courses. Ability to perform essential job functions safely and effectively, with or without reasonable accommodation.
