Job Description

We are seeking motivated and reliable Material Handler to add to our growing 2nd shift (3:30pm - 2am Monday - Thursday) In this position, you will play a key role in improving warehouse organization, ensuring accurate inventory flow, and supporting daily material handling operations from receiving through shipping. Key Responsibilities Assist with reorganizing warehouse storage areas to improve efficiency, accessibility, and inventory accuracy Move, sort, and relocate materials, components, and finished goods as part of warehouse optimization efforts Receive incoming materials, inspect for damage, and verify accuracy against packing lists Deliver materials to appropriate storage locations, staging areas, or production work centers Pull materials from stock to support production needs Package and prepare products for shipment, including special packaging when required Maintain accurate inventory transactions in the system Ensure proper labeling, handling, and storage techniques to prevent damage Support FIFO (First-In, First-Out) inventory practices Keep warehouse clean, organized, and safe at all times What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and organization skills Ability to work in a hands-on, physical environment Comfortable lifting, moving, and handling materials safely Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel preferred) Positive attitude and willingness to learn Requirements High School Diploma or GED Must be at least 18 years of age No prior experience required - training will be provided Ability to stand, walk, and lift throughout the shift Why You'll Love Working Here Competitive pay and great benefits— including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off Be part of a company that's growing, changing, and full of new opportunities A supportive, team-focused culture where your ideas matter Meaningful work that impacts industries making a difference in the world Intervala utilizes and/or develops certain technologies which are subject to the U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR) or the U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
