Job Description Entry level encouraged to apply. Family owned & operated business seeking qualified employees to grow our team. Primary Responsibilities Assist certified mitigation and restoration technicians while learning the following duties: Respond to emergency water restoration jobs Setting equipment and monitoring drying systems Removal of damaged flooring or drywall and light construction demo Explain job process and answer customer questions Perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control Identify safety hazards, communicate, and establish control measures to ensure the safety of occupants and workers Manage job file documentation to ensure complete and accurate project details Manage assets by protecting and using equipment and materials properly Train, produce, and promote services in multiple areas of the business Perform water extraction and pack out of contents, hard surface cleaning & assist with construction build back Assist with radon system installations and crawlspace encapsulations Support team members Operating tools and equipment Qualifications Physically and cardio respiratory fit enough to wear a respirator. Must be able to pass a background and drug screening Valid driver's license and have a clean driving record Must have the ability to communicate with others in written, verbal and digital form (i.e. smart phone) IICRC Certified a plus Must be able to lift, push, pull and twist 50 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance Must have your own transportation Available Benefits Health, Dental & Vision Insurance Matching 401K Paid Holidays Paid Time Off Cell Phone Allowance Company Uniforms Provided Company trucks provided to get to jobsite Ask About our
