Full Time Description :
Company Description Robert Mazza, Inc. is a family run operation consisting of three wine brands (Mazza Vineyards, Mazza Chautauqua Cellars, South Shore Wine Company), two winery locations and a distillery located along Lake Erie in PA and in Westfield, NY. The winery crushes approximately 1200 tons on site per year (vinifera, hybrids and native varieties). A portion of the business is dedicated to contract production, production of bulk juice and wine, and contract bottling. More information can be found at www.EnjoyMazza.com. Responsibilities Routine weekly local and regional delivery routes to grocery stores, convenience stores and restaurants (primary) Organization and operation of warehousing, including but not limited to: receipts, shipments, internal transfers, building of orders, staging of orders, preparation of direct to consumer (DTC) shipments, periodic physical inventories (secondary) Delivery of bulk juice, bulk wine and bottled wine (tertiary) Pick up of grapes and other materials (tertiary) Assist with packaging activities including bottling/packaging (as available/needed) Routes include local, regional and occasional over the road Requirements Current DOT physical card Forklift experience preferred Commercial Driver's License, B class preferred Flexible schedule and ability to work occasional weekends and overnight runs (particularly during fall harvest period from September through mid November) Positive attitude and friendly personality Ability to adapt as routes, routines and workflows evolve as the business grows and develops Ability to work in an environment with physical activity and lift up to 50 lbs Compensation Compensation commensurate with experience.
