Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Warehouse Associate and become a vital part of our logistics and distribution operations! This energetic role offers the opportunity to work with a variety of heavy equipment, manage inventory, and ensure smooth warehouse distribution processes. You will play a key role in handling materials, operating machinery, and supporting order fulfillment to keep our supply chain running efficiently. Duties Operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers to load and unload shipments safely and efficiently Manage inventory control using warehouse management systems (WMS) and Honeywell handhelds RF scanners to track stock levels accurately Assist with shipping and receiving processes, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment through picking & packing tasks Conduct stocking activities, materials handling, and order picking activities to support manufacturing and distribution needs Perform load & unload operations while adhering to OSHA safety standards and mechanical safety protocols Support warehouse supervisor in maintaining organized storage areas, conducting inventory audits, and implementing warehouse distribution strategies Utilize mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance or troubleshooting when necessary Experience Prior experience working in a warehouse environment or distribution center is highly preferred Familiarity with inventory management systems and warehouse management systems (such as
SAGE 100
) Hands-on experience operating heavy equipment, including reach trucks, cranes, forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers Ability to operate a 10-foot box truck; no CDL required Knowledge of OSHA safety standards related to warehouse operations and heavy equipment operation Mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform basic maintenance or troubleshoot equipment issues Strong skills in materials handling, shipping & receiving procedures, and order fulfillment processes Previous warehouse supervisor experience is a plus, but not required; willingness to learn is essential Join us today to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to excellence in warehouse distribution! $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
