CC Material Handler - Northampton At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a CC Material Handler to work with a leading logistics company in Northampton. This role is essential for supporting warehouse operations by moving, storing, receiving, and distributing materials throughout the facility. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Shift patterns Monday to Friday 5:00 pm - 1:30 am Pay rates 18.50 USD hourly Essential requirements for CC Material Handler Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred. Strong counting, math, and inventory accuracy skills. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality. Experience using RF scanners and warehouse technology is preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift. Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift for extended periods. Reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Desirable requirements for CC Material Handler Experience with RF scanners and inventory systems. Forklift certification or previous equipment operation experience. Quality control or inventory counting experience. Bilingual English/Spanish skills. Familiarity with warehouse safety standards and procedures. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy. Reliable and committed to maintaining attendance standards. Strong verbal communication and teamwork abilities. Capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to learn, adapt, and support different warehouse functions. Role for CC Material Handler Receive, store, and distribute materials within the warehouse facility. Maintain accurate inventory records using RF scanners and warehouse systems. Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments. Operate warehouse equipment safely according to company standards. Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
