This role is essential for maintaining efficient warehouse operations, ensuring that products are handled with precision, accuracy, and a strong commitment to safety. Shift Patterns Monday to Friday 5:00 pm - 1:30 am Pay Rates 18.50 USD hourly Essential Requirements for LUM Material Handler Ability to accurately count and verify inventory quantities. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift. Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, push, and pull for extended periods. Basic math skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Authorization to work in the United States. Desirable Requirements for LUM Material Handler Previous warehouse, material handling, receiving, or shipping experience. Experience unloading containers or lumping freight. Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS). Forklift, electric pallet jack, or other material handling equipment experience. Inventory control, cycle counting, or quality inspection experience. Basic computer skills. Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Dependable with a strong work ethic. Good communication and teamwork skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Problem-solving mindset and ability to identify discrepancies. Adaptability and willingness to support multiple warehouse functions. Positive attitude and commitment to workplace safety. Ability to maintain quality and productivity standards under pressure. Role for LUM Material Handler Unload incoming containers and freight efficiently. Perform accurate inventory counts and verification. Transport materials safely throughout the facility.
