Shift Pay:
$18.00 - $19.00 per hour
Shift:
1st Shift Full-Time Contract to Hire We are seeking dependable and motivated individuals for an Assembly / Warehouse Associate position in a manufacturing environment. This role combines light assembly, material handling, and warehouse responsibilities. Candidates should be comfortable working with hand and power tools, moving materials, and supporting production operations.
Responsibilities:
Assemble components according to work instructions and quality standards Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively Move materials throughout the facility using pallet jacks and other equipment Assist with shipping, receiving, and packaging duties Load, unload, and stage materials for production Operate a tow motor/forklift as needed (training may be provided) Perform quality inspections and report any defects Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Requirements:
Previous assembly, manufacturing, or warehouse experience preferred Experience with hand and power tools is a plus Forklift/tow motor and pallet jack experience preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed Strong attention to detail and quality Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team
