Job Description

Job Overview Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Warehouse Associate and become a vital part of our logistics and distribution operations! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods through various warehouse functions, including receiving, order picking, packing, shipping, and inventory management. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help us deliver exceptional service to our customers while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in warehouse management systems, equipment operation, and supply chain processes. Duties Operate equipment such as forklifts and skid steers to load, unload, move, and organize inventory efficiently. Pick and pack customer orders with precision. Prepare shipments by blending & labeling them correctly for shipping & receiving processes. Support warehouse distribution activities by loading/unloading trucks and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Requirements Prior experience working in a warehouse environment or distribution center is highly preferred. Proficiency in operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts (certification preferred) and skid steers. Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy items, standing for extended periods, and performing repetitive motions safely. Strong attention to detail for order picking, packing accuracy, and inventory control. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
