Full Job Description Brief Description of Duties:
Ability to read, interpret and comprehend materials including but not limited to MSDS, emergency/safety procedures Ability to effectively communicate while demonstrating positive and professional image of LSG Sky Chefs Working knowledge of standard computer programs Maintains sanitation standards in accordance with Company policy and
USDA/FDA/HACCP
regulations Receive incoming product in warehouse Receive, properly date, rotate, and store product in designated storage areas according to FIFO practices Deliver product to various departments by delivery schedule/requisition/kit Decant product following FIFO practices Accurately record liquor/ beer/wine usage on daily liquor decanting log Break down cardboard and follow recycling process Prioritize daily work duties according to impact on safety and productivity Assumes other related duties as required
Principal Responsibilities:
Maintains sanitation standards in accordance with Company policy and
USDA/FDA/HACCP
regulations Receive incoming product in warehouse Receive, properly date, rotate, and store product in designated storage areas according to FIFO practices Deliver product to various departments by delivery schedule/requisition/kit Decant product following FIFO practices Accurately record liquor/ beer/wine usage on daily liquor decanting log Break down cardboard and follow recycling process Prioritize daily work duties according to impact on safety and productivity Assumes other related duties as required
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent Valid Drivers License Internal Candidates must be in current position for 90 days, in good standing Must have ability to work under pressure while maintaining composure Must be a team player Ability to read, write, and speak English Ability to stand, stoop, bend, and or reach for 8/10 a day Ability to work in hot and cold temperatures daily Ability to negotiate to driver desired results Ability to climb stairs and operate a pallet jack Ability to lift, push, move 30+ pounds daily Food Industry knowledge required Excellent interpersonal, organizational, oral, and communication skills
