Our warehouse team is small (about a dozen people), so you won't be a number here — you'll know everyone by name. We're looking for a reliable, hardworking person to join our warehouse crew. Our peak season runs summer through fall as we receive and ship holiday product, and the pace slows down in winter/spring when we handle warehouse maintenance, cleanup, and organization. What you'll be doing: Loading and unloading freight from containers and trucks Picking, packing, and checking customer orders Building and organizing pallets Operating electric pallet jacks (walk-behind and ride-on) Locating and moving product throughout the warehouse Off-season maintenance: cleaning, sweeping, light repairs What we offer: $17.00/hr , full-time (40 hours/week) Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM — no nights, no weekends, no rotating shifts Health benefits after 90-day introductory period Paid vacation — 1 week after your first year, 2 weeks after 5 years, 3 weeks after 10 years Year-end bonus potential Room to grow — in a small company, your contributions get noticed What we're looking for: Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs regularly Willing to learn — we'll train you on our equipment and processes Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions accurately Positive attitude, dependable, and respectful of your coworkers Good communication skills Authorized to work in the United States No warehouse experience?
