The Cary Company is hiring summer help for our Pittsburgh facility. This role is ideal for a student, recent graduate, or early‑career professional who wants real-world experience and not a desk internship with the opportunity to grow. This position is open year-round . While it's a great fit for summer candidates, we're flexible on timing for the right person. Schedule Monday

• Friday 6:00 AM
• 2:30 PM
• we can work with class schedules within these hours!

Part time to Full Time offerings. No weekends What You'll Be Doing This is a working role, not a shadowing role. Hands-on warehouse work handling plastic containers, drums, and recycling materials Palletizing, staging, loading, and organizing product Using hand tools and power tools (drills, saws, etc.) Learning warehouse safety standards and operational best practices Communicating clearly and working as part of a team that relies on each other Who This Is For Students currently enrolled in college, trade school, or technical programs Recent graduates looking to start their career in operations or logistics People who take pride in showing up, working hard, and learning What You Need Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods Willingness to learn and take direction Positive, team‑first attitude Forklift experience is a plus, but not required (we'll train) Why Join The Cary Company Clear growth path
