Essential Job Functions

• Assist with assembly operations to ensure products are built accurately and efficiently
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment as required
• Load, unload, move, and organize materials throughout the facility
• Support multiple departments including assembly, welding, paint, machine shop, or warehouse as needed
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas in accordance with company safety standards
• Follow all work instructions, production schedules, and supervisor direction
• Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing finished goods for shipment
• Perform basic equipment operation after proper training
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or management Minimum Qualifications
• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or general labor experience preferred
• Ability to use basic hand tools and power tools
• Mechanical aptitude preferred
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical Requirements
• Standing for extended periods (more than 2/3 of workday)
• Frequent use of hands for handling tools and materials
• Frequent reaching, bending, and lifting
• Ability to lift 25lbs regularly and up to 50lbs occasionally
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout shift Working Conditions
• Indoor manufacturing / factory environment
• Loud noise levels requiring hearing protection
• Non-climate-controlled workspace with exposure to heat and cold
• Exposure to dust, metal, paint, and other manufacturing materials (with required PPE)
