Job Description

Job Title:
Entry-Level Shipping and Receiving Associate Role Overview Entry-level position supporting shipping and receiving operations in a manufacturing/warehouse environment Responsible for inventory management, picking/packing, and material movement Focus on accuracy, safety, and efficient use of computer systems Key Responsibilities Support daily shipping and receiving operations Follow inventory control procedures (FIFO - First In, First Out) Pick parts accurately using pick sheets Ensure all required components are included for jobs Store incoming materials in designated locations Maintain clean and organized warehouse storage areas Deliver materials and packages (including UPS/FedEx) across departments Audit job carts for accuracy of parts, quantities, and documentation Operate pallet jacks and pick carts safely Process returned items and update system records Participate in inventory audits and stock checks Assist with loading and unloading trucks Package shipments (labeling, stickering, preparing for carriers) Perform data entry and track inventory, shipments, and returns Participate in Lean/5S programs for continuous improvement Follow all company policies and safety procedures Maintain punctuality and reliable attendance Work both independently and as part of a team Essential Skills Understanding of shipping/receiving and inventory processes Knowledge of FIFO inventory control Basic computer skills (data entry, system navigation in English) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to follow procedures and safety guidelines Team player with ability to work independently Reliable, ethical, and quality-focused work approach Good attendance and punctuality Physical ability to: Stand, walk, bend, and reach during shifts Push carts and racks safely Lift 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally Preferred Qualifications Manufacturing or warehouse experience Material handling and general labor experience Experience with picking, packing, and inventory management Familiarity with UPS/FedEx shipping processes Experience with labeling, stickering, and documentation RF scanner experience Forklift experience or certification Experience with pallet jacks, loading/unloading Assembly or production experience Knowledge of hand tools/power tools (wiring, crimping) Basic computer and touchscreen skills Bilingual communication skills (a plus) Benefits / Why Join Clear career growth opportunities (assembly → inspection → quality → leadership) Recognition of prior service when transitioning to full-time employment PTO and holiday eligibility credit Health, dental, and vision benefits Strong safety and teamwork culture Focus on continuous improvement and employee development Work Environment Shift starts at 4:00 AM Typical shifts: 8-12 hours , with possible weekend overtime Clean and organized facility Combination of warehouse and production setting Use of touch screens and computer systems

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
