This is hands-on, physical work on active job sites. We're looking for people who show up ready to work, help their crew, and take pride in doing the job right. You don't need to know everything — we'll teach the right person. If you're willing to work hard and prove yourself , there is room to grow into higher-paying roles and leadership positions. Hard workers move up fast here. What You'll Be Doing Assist demolition crews on active job sites Remove debris and materials from work areas Load and unload tools and equipment Move materials and supplies around the jobsite Help experienced workers with demolition tasks Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized Follow safety procedures and jobsite instructions Every day is different and you may work on different job sites with different crews. A Day in the Life A typical day might include: Meeting the crew at the jobsite in the morning Setting up tools and safety equipment Removing walls, flooring, fixtures, or other materials Moving debris and loading dumpsters Working alongside experienced crew members learning the trade Cleaning and securing the jobsite before heading home What We're Looking For We want people who: Show up on time and ready to work Work well as part of a team Follow directions and safety rules Take pride in doing the job right Want to learn and improve Experience in construction, demolition, landscaping, or labor work is helpful but not required. Requirements Ability to lift 50+ lbs Ability to work on ladders and active job sites Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Ability to pass drug screen and background check Steel toe boots and basic hand tools What This Job Is NOT Not sitting around waiting for work Not an easy job Not for people who don't want to work hard This job is for people who want to work, learn a trade, and be part of a strong crew.
