Warehouse Associate - Full Time Grizzly Trader LLC Grizzly Trader LLC is a small family-owned business growing quickly and specializing in the wholesale distribution of closeout and discount grocery products to retailers across the Northeast. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, solving problems, taking initiative, and being part of a close-knit team where your work matters. Key Responsibilities Unload and receive incoming product shipments Inspect, sort, clean, and organize inventory for resale Pick, stack, wrap, and prepare outbound orders Consolidate inventory and maximize warehouse space utilization Communicate with office staff to ensure order accuracy Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards Support daily warehouse operations and team goals What We're Looking For ✔ Warehouse or forklift experience is helpful, but we are willing to train motivated individuals ✔ Experience operating forklifts or electric pallet jacks is a plus ✔ Strong attendance, dependability, and work ethic ✔ Basic English communication skills ✔ Basic math and counting skills ✔ Strong attention to detail and accuracy ✔ Self-motivated and able to stay productive with limited supervision ✔ Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow Physical Requirements Ability to stand and work on foot for an entire shift Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs Ability to occasionally lift up to 80 lbs Frequent bending, lifting, crouching, reaching, and movement throughout the shift Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment after training How to Apply If you're ready to roll up your sleeves and grow with a rapidly expanding small business, apply today through Indeed and include a brief note on why you'd be a great fit.
