Delivery Driver/Warehouse Associate

We pride ourselves on our premium collection of imported wines and relationships with many of the most renowned restaurants in Pennsylvania. All operations from the importation stage, to warehousing, to delivery are handled in-house by our own team. We are searching for a delivery driver/warehouse associate to join this team and grow with us!

Duties include:

Driving delivery vans and box trucks both locally and as far as western Pennsylvania - No CDL Required! Ensuring accurate, timely deliveries and obtaining proof of delivery signatures Having the flexibility to stay overnight at a hotel (company paid) up to once per week for longer-distance deliveries Strictly adhering to all safety regulations and traffic laws, especially speed limit Loading vehicles prior to delivery Picking/packing orders in the warehouse on non-delivery days General warehouse maintenance (moving pallets with a pallet jack, sweeping, etc.) as required Performing warehouse computer duties at times - including, but not limited to, entering orders in the PLCB's online portal, using our internal order management system(s), and referencing emails and Excel documents such as customer lists and our price list - training will be provided!

Skills required:

Must have a valid US driver's license and reliable transportation to work Must have a clean driving record (verified by background check) Ability to pass a non-CDL DOT physical and drug screen Must be able to lift boxes up to 50 lbs and utilize a dolly pushing up to 200 lbs Must be able to speak and communicate clearly with customers during drop-offs Ability to operate a forklift is a strong plus Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), reading/writing emails, and using an Internet browser are strongly preferred. Additional training will be provided

Schedule:

No weekend or holiday work! Our typical schedule is Monday-Friday from 9-5, but this can vary slightly: On delivery days, you may need to start as early as 5:00 AM Nighttime work is not usually required unless a delivery day runs long You may need to stay at a hotel (company paid) overnight as frequently as once per week for longer distance deliveries Benefits include: 5 paid vacation days (for full-time hires) after 6 months with an increase after both 1 and 2 years Paid sick days and personal days Paid holidays Company reimburses 1/2 of your individual health/dental/vision insurance premium(s) each month Paid meals during overnight deliveries Come join a quickly growing company where you have the potential to grow with us!
