General Laborer Job Description Join our team as a General Laborer in a dynamic manufacturing facility specializing in machining and crafting wood products, including doors and columns. This role involves loading and unloading machines, performing minor tasks such as sanding, painting, assembly, and finishing, and assisting with area cleanup and supporting machine operators. Responsibilities Load and unload machines efficiently. Perform sanding, painting, assembly, and finishing tasks on wood products. Assist in cleaning the facility and maintaining a tidy work environment. Support machine operators with various tasks as needed. Essential Skills Experience in construction and woodworking. Proficiency in using a tape measure. General labor and assembly skills. Carpentry experience. Familiarity with hand tools. Additional Skills & Qualifications Carpentry skills.
