Warehouse and Shipping Associate

🧾 About the Role Videon Labs is looking for a reliable, hands-on Warehouse & Shipping Associate to manage daily packing, shipping, receiving, and product handling operations. This role is critical to keeping orders moving — from pulling product in the warehouse to packing and shipping both domestic and international orders. If you like working with your hands, staying organized, and making sure things go out correctly and on time, this role is for you. 📦 What You'll Do 🚚 Shipping & Packing (Primary Focus) Pack and ship daily orders using UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS Create shipping labels and ensure accurate documentation Prepare international shipments (commercial invoices, customs forms) Verify orders before shipment to ensure accuracy 📥 Receiving Receive incoming shipments and verify contents Label and organize inventory in the warehouse Put materials in correct locations for easy access 📦 Order Fulfillment Pull products from inventory based on sales orders Stage items for shipment or production Work with team members to ensure orders are completed on time 🔧 Service & Returns Receive returned or service items Tag and route items appropriately Prepare outgoing shipments for serviced products 🏢 Warehouse Organization Maintain a clean and organized workspace Track where items are stored Help improve warehouse efficiency ✅ What We're Looking For Experience in warehouse, shipping, or fulfillment roles Familiarity with UPS, FedEx, DHL, or USPS is a plus Strong attention to detail (getting orders right matters) Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks Comfortable working on your feet and lifting packages ➕ Nice to Have Experience with international shipping Basic computer skills (printing labels, tracking shipments) Experience in electronics or hardware environments 💡 Key Traits Reliable and consistent Hands-on and proactive Detail-oriented Team player with a strong work ethic 🕒 Schedule Full-time, on-site Typical flow:
