Job Description

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking General Laborer / Cleaner to assist with the turnover, cleaning, and general upkeep of residential rental properties. This position plays an important role in preparing units for new tenants and maintaining property standards.
Primary Responsibility:
Work independently performing routine general labor task and cleaning rental properties throughout York County. Must be able to take on call hours on a rotation with other team members. Applicant must have a reliable vehicle, current driver's license and adequate tools. Applicant must be bondable. Please send resume with qualifications and references.
