About the Role We are seeking an AVL Support Technician (Warehouse & Demo Operations) to join our growing team in Spring, TX. This is a hybrid role designed for someone who enjoys both the technical side of AVL ( Audio, Video, Lighting ) and hands-on operational responsibilities. This is not just a warehouse role , and it is not strictly an AVL technician position . We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, startup-style environment and enjoys variety in their workday. One day you may be organizing inventory and preparing gear. Another day you may be assisting the sales team with a church demo, helping deploy audio systems, lighting, video equipment, or supporting a client presentation. If you're someone who loves technology, enjoys problem-solving, likes staying organized, and wants to grow in the AVL industry, this may be a strong fit for you. This role requires flexibility. While the position is primarily weekday-based, occasional evenings, weekends, and schedule adjustments may be required to support client demos, church environments, project timelines, events, or operational needs. We are looking for someone who understands the dynamics of a growing company and is willing to adapt as business needs evolve. What Success Looks Like in This Role Success in this role means: Assisting the sales team with professional AVL demonstrations and presentations Helping prepare, deliver, and support demo gear for client meetings and events Maintaining an organized and accurate warehouse and inventory system Proactively notifying administration when inventory replenishment is needed Representing the company professionally during client interactions Taking ownership of responsibilities without needing constant supervision Key ResponsibilitiesAVL Demo & Technical Support Assist with setup and breakdown of AVL demonstration systems Accompany sales team members on demos, client visits, and presentations Support sales presentations and product demonstrations Help transport and deliver demo equipment Assist with troubleshooting basic AVL systems when needed Learn and support equipment in categories such as: Audio Systems Video Systems Lighting Systems Signal Flow & Basic Networking Warehouse & Inventory Operations Organize and maintain warehouse inventory Track equipment movement and demo gear Receive, organize, and prepare shipments Assist with loading and unloading equipment Ensure warehouse cleanliness and operational readiness Notify administration when replenishment of inventory or supplies is needed Team Support Work alongside sales and leadership teams to support company growth Maintain flexibility to support occasional evening and weekend demos, events, client presentations, or project needs Maintain a positive and professional attitude Be adaptable and willing to wear multiple hats in a growing company Qualifications - Required Minimum 1 year of AVL, church media, production, install, or related technical experience Bilingual ( English & Spanish preferred ) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift 50+ pounds Comfortable with occasional travel, including possible travel within the U.S. Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed Comfortable with flexible scheduling based on company needs Organized and detail-oriented Positive attitude and strong work ethic Self-starter who takes initiative Dependable and punctual - Preferred (Not Required) Experience with brands or systems such as: Shure Meyer Sound L-Acoustics DAS Audio Allen & Heath Blackmagic Design Lighting systems and control platforms Growth & Learning Opportunities We believe in investing in our people. Pay:
