Hourly, Non-Exempt A day in the life You'll spend most of your time in the warehouse—loading and unloading, organizing product, and assisting the shipping team. When deliveries are scheduled, you'll run local multi-stop routes in the Denver area, operating a company vehicle (typically a bobtail refrigerated truck), unloading at customer sites, and occasionally picking up packaging supplies nearby. Throughout, you'll follow all DOT rules and traffic laws, and deliver exceptional service. What you'll do Warehouse operations Load and unload products safely and efficiently Move, stage, and organize inventory throughout the warehouse Assist with cycle counts and product tracking Keep work areas clean, orderly, and safe Support daily tasks for the shipping team Local delivery driving Complete local deliveries to customers across the Denver area Operate company equipment (typically a bobtail refrigerated truck) Unload products at customer locations with care Pick up packaging supplies locally as needed Comply with DOT regulations and all applicable traffic laws Schedule & routes Local, same-day routes with multiple stops when driving is required Home daily, 5-day schedule with an occasional 6th day as needed Qualifications Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Current DOT Medical Card Clean driving record; no accidents in the past 2 years preferred Comfortable operating both automatic and manual transmissions Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English Able to lift and handle boxes up to 100 lbs on a regular basis Capable of sustained physical warehouse work and inventory movement Preferred attributes Upbeat, customer-focused attitude and strong people skills Excellent organization and time management Team-first mindset with flexibility to help wherever needed Previous warehouse experience strongly preferred General responsibilities Follow traffic laws and company safety procedures Communicate mechanical issues, delays, or route changes to the Shipping Manager Start work promptly and be prepared for assigned tasks Work overtime as necessary Report any accidents and complete required documentation Maintain current driver credentials at all times Perform other duties as assigned Benefits Employee-Owned Company 401(k) Match Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance 40 hours floating holidays/vacation Proficiencies DOT Medical Card Current CDL License About Superior Farms We're an employee-owned leader in American lamb, known for sustainable practices and innovative processing that deliver exceptional eating experiences.
