Job Description

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Shipping/Warehouse Associate to join our team at a reputable agricultural cooperative. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, packing, and shipping agricultural products while maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring efficient warehouse operations
Responsibilities:
Receiving & Inventory:
Verify quantities against purchase orders and record inventory data accurately. Label, organize, and store products in designated warehouse locations.
Order Fulfillment & Shipping:
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer requirements. Ensure accurate documentation (e.g., bills of lading, shipping labels) and compliance with shipping regulations.
Team Collaboration:
Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to prioritize orders.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and shipping documentation. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team.
Pay:
$21.78 - $25.82 per hour
