In this energetic role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods through various warehouse functions, including order fulfillment, stocking, shipping and receiving, and inventory management. Responsibilities Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely to load, unload, and transport goods within the warehouse Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to accurately track inventory movements and update stock records Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with precision and efficiency Manage shipping & receiving processes by verifying incoming and outgoing shipments against documentation Stock shelves and organize products systematically to optimize space utilization and facilitate quick retrieval Assist in cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy using AS400 or other inventory software Support warehouse distribution activities by loading trucks and unloading incoming freight using appropriate equipment Skills Proven experience working in a warehouse environment with familiarity in warehouse distribution operations Ability to operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and order pickers confidently and safely Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, MRP (Material Requirements Planning), and AS400 software Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, order fulfillment processes, and stock replenishment techniques Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately Experience with e-commerce order picking, packing, and processing returns is a plus Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail to maintain accurate inventory records This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to grow their career in logistics.
