As a Warehouse Associate, you will help with organizing products, preparing orders, receiving shipments, and keeping the workspace clean and safe. Responsibilities Receive, sort, and organize incoming products and materials Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently Prepare shipments for delivery or pickup Assist with loading and unloading trucks or deliveries Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe Follow workplace safety guidelines and company procedures Work closely with team members and supervisors to complete daily tasks Use basic warehouse equipment and tools after training is provided Check products for damage or missing items Support other warehouse duties as needed Skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Dependable and punctual Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Good communication skills Basic attention to detail Ability to stay organized in a busy environment Comfortable standing, walking, and moving throughout the shift Reliable work ethic and motivation to do quality work Flexibility and readiness to help where needed No prior experience required — all necessary training will be provided
