Warehouse Associate

Job Summary Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Warehouse Associate and become a vital part of our fast-paced distribution operation! Duties Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to move and organize stock safely and efficiently Assist with order picking and packing using warehouse management system (WMS) and RF technology to ensure accurate order fulfillment Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling of goods during shipping & receiving processes Stock shelves and organize inventory in compliance with warehouse standards and safety protocols Utilize basic math skills to count, verify quantities, and prepare shipments accurately Support warehouse distribution operations by managing order picker tasks and packaging products for delivery Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse to promote a safe working environment Qualifications Previous warehouse experience or familiarity with warehouse distribution environments preferred Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain certification upon hire Experience operating reach trucks, pallet jacks, MRPs (Material Requirements Planning systems), or AS400 is a plus Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures and order picking processes Comfortable using RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) for inventory control Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform basic math calculations accurately Ability to lift heavy items safely and stand for extended periods during shifts Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude Join us as a Warehouse Associate and be part of a vibrant team committed to excellence! Pay:

$25.32 - $31.88 per hour
