Duties Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely to move goods throughout the warehouse. Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to accurately track inventory levels, process orders, and update stock records. Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with precision and efficiency, ensuring correct quantities and packaging standards. Load and unload trucks using appropriate equipment while adhering to safety protocols. Stock shelves, organize inventory areas, and perform regular cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels. Assist with shipping and receiving tasks by verifying inbound/outbound shipments against documentation. Support warehouse distribution operations by coordinating order fulfillment activities for e-commerce platforms and other sales channels. Skills Proven experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners in a warehouse setting. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), AS400 or similar ERP systems like MRP for inventory control. Strong understanding of shipping & receiving procedures, order picking & packing processes, and stock replenishment techniques. Ability to perform basic math calculations for inventory counts, measurements, and order quantities. Knowledge of warehouse safety practices and ability to follow proper lifting techniques. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate order fulfillment. Basic computer skills including familiarity with warehouse software applications used in e-commerce environments.
