Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Warehouse & Showroom Associate to join our flooring wholesale team. This is a hybrid role that includes warehouse work, forklift operation, customer service, showroom support, and light office responsibilities. Responsibilities include preparing and loading customer orders, organizing inventory, assisting walk-in customers, building invoices, and collecting payments. During periods of reduced warehouse activity, team members will assist with showroom sales, customer outreach, opening new accounts, organizing inventory, and general office tasks. This position is ideal for someone who is flexible, self-motivated, and comfortable helping in different areas of the business.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and load customer orders Operate forklift safely and efficiently Organize and maintain warehouse inventory Receive and unload incoming material shipments Assist walk-in customers in the showroom Help customers select flooring products and materials Create invoices and process customer payments Assist with customer outreach and opening new accounts Keep warehouse, showroom, and office areas clean and organized Follow company safety procedures

Qualifications:

Previous warehouse experience preferred Forklift experience preferred Ability to lift heavy materials Good communication and customer service skills Reliable and punctual Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred Basic computer skills Sales experience is a plus Flooring knowledge is a plus, but not required

Pay:

$13.00 - $15.00 per hour
