Detailed Description Positions:

1. Stocking Operator. Proficient in using equipment for shelving and relocating inventory, including reach truck, order picker, and forklift. Familiar with the WSM system, especially the inbound module. Proficient in using PDA handheld terminals. 2. After-sales Processing Staff. Proficient in using PDA handheld terminals, with experience in reverse inbound processing. Able to accurately interpret customer instructions and complete customized in-warehouse operations. Proficient in using equipment for shelving and relocating inventory, including reach truck, order picker, and forklift.

Job Requirements:

1. Must have legal work authorization in the U.S. (green card or work permit). 2. Education and Experience

• High school diploma, vocational school, or equivalent and above.
• Experience using RF handheld terminals or similar PDA devices is a plus.
• Experience in warehouse picking or e-commerce order processing is preferred; candidates without experience but with strong learning ability and good physical stamina may also be trained.
• Basic knowledge of computer and smartphone operation.
• Basic English reading skills are preferred.
• Strong customer service awareness and understanding of customer experience. High sense of responsibility for every item handled.
• Strong learning ability and hands-on skills.
• Good physical condition, able to lift up to 50 lb (occasionally).
• High sense of responsibility and positive team collaboration spirit.

Working Hours and Benefits:

• Working hours: 8:30-17:00 (weekend shifts may be scheduled in the future; 2 days off per week)
• Hourly wage: $18
• 23. Three-month probation period; salary adjusted based on experience and ability after probation.
