OVERVIEW

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Assistant to join our team at Seasons Corner Market. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring efficient order fulfillment and timely deliveries, contributing to a smooth operation within our warehouse.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Order Fulfillment:

Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to specifications. Verify accuracy of orders before dispatching.

Inventory Management:

Assist with inventory checks and stock replenishment. Maintain organization and cleanliness in the warehouse.

Delivery Coordination:

Prepare and load deliveries for transportation. Deliver orders to designated locations in a timely manner, adhering to delivery schedules.

Safety and Compliance:

Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Report any issues or discrepancies to the Warehouse Supervisor.

Collaboration:

Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations. Assist in training new staff members as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in a warehouse or retail environment is a plus. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Previous experience in forklift operation. Capable of lifting 50+ pounds regularly and perform physical tasks. Ability to work safely with hazardous chemicals and equipment Valid driver's license and a clean driving record (for delivery responsibilities). Basic computer skills for inventory management and order processing.
