Warehouse / Operations Oakley Home Access is seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse & Facilities Associate to join our team on a full-time basis. This position plays a vital role in keeping our warehouse, showroom, and yard running smoothly day-to-day. The ideal candidate takes pride in maintaining an organized, clean, and safe work environment and is comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities 1. Receiving & Delivery Management
- Unload incoming freight and pallets in a safe and efficient manner
- Inspect deliveries for accuracy and document any damages or discrepancies
- Operate a pallet jack to move and position materials
- Forklift certification preferred; willingness to obtain certification required
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs regularly 2. Warehouse Organization
- Stock shelves and designated storage areas with incoming inventory
- Depalletize and properly store products following established organizational systems
- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory placement and labeling
- Identify and communicate stock issues or storage concerns to management 3. Facility Maintenance
- Interior & Exterior
- Break down pallets and cardboard for recycling or disposal
- Coordinate and manage dumpster pickups and waste removal
- Complete ongoing organizational and improvement projects as assigned
- Perform custodial duties including trash removal, vacuuming, and restroom maintenance
- Perform light painting and touch-up work as needed
- Maintain the yard area, including general cleanup and upkeep
- Wash down aluminum ramp rentals as needed
- Wash company vehicles on a weekly basis 4. Technician Support
- Assist with loading technician vans each morning and unloading them at end of day
- Deliver materials to job sites using a company vehicle as needed
- Provide on-site assistance to technicians as an extra set of hands when required
- Support the operations team with miscellaneous tasks to ensure efficient daily workflow Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a warehouse, logistics, or facilities role preferred
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
- Experience operating a pallet jack; forklift certification a plus (training/cert provided if not)
- Working knowledge of common hand and power tools
- Reliable transportation and valid Rhode Island driver's license
- Must be agreeable to a background check
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team

Hours:
FULL TIME 7AM
- 4 PM (Monday-Friday)
Rate:
$18HR/Hour to START ( time and a half pay rate after 40 hrs worked per week) Benefits:
