Position Type:
Direct Hire Position Overview Seeking a Logistics Associate to support warehouse and logistics operations with a focus on kitting, inventory management, material handling, shipping, and receiving. This role supports the movement of incoming, outgoing, and in-process materials while ensuring inventory accuracy and maintaining an organized workflow. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling a variety of warehouse responsibilities. Responsibilities Prepare and assemble kits for work orders and material requests Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records within warehouse systems Receive incoming materials and verify shipments against packing documentation Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility using pallet jacks and material handling equipment Process inventory transactions and maintain inventory accuracy Organize and maintain warehouse, dock, and storage areas Inspect incoming materials for damage and report discrepancies Generate and maintain warehouse documentation and material tracking records Support shipping and receiving activities as needed Assist with inventory movement and general warehouse operations Cross-train in additional warehouse functions including shipping and receiving support Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent 1-3 years of warehouse, logistics, or material handling experience Previous kitting experience required Experience with inventory systems, warehouse documentation, or ERP systems preferred Experience with warehouse management systems and RF scanning preferred Forklift and/or pallet jack experience preferred Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy skills Comfortable using computers and warehouse systems Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and within a team environment Ability to multitask and manage changing priorities Additional Information Experience working within cleanroom environments is a plus Required to wear PPE in designated work areas when applicable Ability to lift 50+ lbs; team lifts permitted when necessary Opportunity to support multiple warehouse functions and gain cross-functional exposure #CNX100
