The Opportunity This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment and takes pride in details others might overlook. As a Warehouse, Picker/Packer & Delivery Associate, you will be instrumental in preparing and executing event rentals with accuracy and care, from warehouse organization to final delivery. No prior event rental experience is required. What matters most is your work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn. Key Responsibilities Order Preparation & Warehouse Operations Precisely pick, pack, wash & prep rental orders for upcoming events Maintain an organized, efficient, and well-kept warehouse environment Support inventory management, including routine counts and quality control Delivery & Event Logistics Safely load, transport, and unload rental items Execute timely deliveries and pickups at event locations Ensure all items arrive in pristine condition and are properly accounted for upon return Inventory Accuracy & Care Verify outgoing and incoming orders with a high level of detail Identify, report, and help resolve discrepancies or damages Client-Facing Representation Represent La Affitto with professionalism and discretion at all times Contribute to a seamless client experience through reliability and care What We Value A naturally organized and detail-oriented mindset Reliability and a strong sense of accountability A proactive, solutions-driven approach A collaborative, team-first attitude A desire to grow within a developing brand Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (experience with vans or box trucks preferred) Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs consistently Comfortable with physical, active work throughout the day Strong communication skills and fluency in English High school diploma or equivalent preferred Ability to pass a background check Flexibility to work weekends and extended hours during peak event schedules Schedule Weekday warehouse operations (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) Weekend availability required for deliveries and event support Day, evening, and occasional night shifts based on event needs Why La Affitto Flexible scheduling Immersion in the luxury events industry A team environment built on respect, precision, and shared standards The ability to contribute to events that are both meaningful and visually exceptional
