Responsibilities Safely load and unload shipments using equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, cranes, pallet jacks, and order pickers. Ensure accurate inventory management by conducting regular stock checks, inventory control, and updating records in the warehouse management system. Prepare packages for shipment by performing packing tasks that meet safety standards and OSHA regulations. Assist with order picking, packing, and order fulfillment processes to ensure timely delivery to customers or production lines. Maintain a clean, organized work environment by stocking supplies, organizing materials handling equipment, and adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to coordinate load & unload activities efficiently while practicing heavy lifting techniques and mechanical knowledge for heavy equipment operation. Qualifications Prior warehouse experience with a strong understanding of warehouse distribution processes. Bilingual Spanish & English Proven experience operating heavy equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, cranes, pallet jacks, and order pickers; certification preferred. Mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform basic maintenance or troubleshooting on warehouse equipment. Familiarity with OSHA safety standards related to materials handling, heavy lifting, packaging, and warehouse operations. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory control and order picking tasks. Warehouse supervisor experience is a plus for candidates interested in leadership opportunities.
