Job Description

Coastal Employment is proud to partner with a well-established electrical supply client in the Bluffton area that is looking for a dependable and motivated Shipping & Receiving / Warehouse Associate to join their growing team! This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a fast-paced, hands-on warehouse environment where your work directly supports daily operations, customer orders, and timely deliveries. If you enjoy staying active, working with a team, and taking pride in accuracy and efficiency—this role is for you!
What You'll Do:
Receive incoming shipments and verify product accuracy Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment and delivery Stock and organize inventory to maintain an efficient warehouse flow Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment (training available) Assist with loading and unloading materials safely and efficiently Use basic computer systems and handheld scanners for tracking inventory and orders Support local deliveries as needed Occasionally assist customers and support the sales counter Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times
What We're Looking For:
Previous warehouse, distribution, or related experience preferred (electrical supply experience is a plus! Ability to identify and match products by size, style, color, or product code Comfortable using computers, scanners, and basic inventory systems Strong attention to detail with solid math and problem-solving skills Forklift experience or willingness to become certified Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required Dependable, team-oriented, and safety-focused attitude
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly (up to 75 lbs occasionally) Standing, walking, lifting, pushing, and pulling throughout the shift Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures Occasional ladder use for product retrieval Must maintain focus and alertness in a fast-paced environment If you're ready to join a strong team with steady hours and a great work environment, apply today through Coastal Employment!
