Job Description
Are you detail-oriented, reliable, and ready to play a vital role behind the scenes of healthcare? As a Warehouse Worker / Supply Specialist , you'll help ensure doctors, nurses, and clinical teams always have the supplies they need to deliver exceptional patient care. This is more than a warehouse role—it's an opportunity to be part of a mission-driven team supporting a fast-paced hospital environment. What You'll Do In this role, you'll be responsible for the accurate handling, tracking, and distribution of medical supplies across the hospital. Your work will directly support patient care every day.
Key responsibilities include:
Monitor and replenish medical supplies to keep departments fully stocked Pick, pack, and deliver supplies and equipment to hospital units Receive and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality Track inventory using RF scanners and inventory systems Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records Label, organize, and prepare materials for distribution Conduct quality checks to ensure supplies meet standards Safely move, lift, and stock products within the warehouse Use systems like SAP and email to manage inventory and communicate with the team Collaborate with coworkers to ensure timely deliveries across the hospitalWhat You Bring Required:
High school diploma or GED At least 1 year of experience in warehouse, logistics, or materials handling Ability to stay on your feet and actively work throughout your shift Experience with order picking, shipping/receiving, or inventory tracking Comfort using RF scanners or similar technology Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and some holidays Nice toHave:

- 8:30 p.m. Monday-Friday schedules with rotating weekends (every other) Some holidays required to support 24/7 operations Dress code: scrubs or business casual with comfortable sneakers Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Charleston, SC. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $15.00
