General Labor

Crown Staffing is currently seeking experienced General Laborers to fill openings with a local Manufacturing company in Clemson, SC.

Installation Responsibilities:

Unload and transport field cover flooring panels to designated work areas. Assemble and install hard plastic flooring panels according to project specifications. Use large rubber mallets to secure flooring pieces into place. Ensure flooring sections are properly aligned, connected, and secured. Maintain a safe and organized work environment throughout the installation process.

Removal Responsibilities:

Disassemble and remove field cover flooring following event completion. Lift, carry, stack, and load flooring panels for transportation and storage. Inspect materials for damage and report any issues to supervisors. Assist with cleanup of work areas and equipment.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to frequently lift and carry flooring panels weighing more than 20 pounds. Ability to perform repetitive bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, pushing, pulling, and twisting. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to work outdoors or indoors in varying weather and environmental conditions. Ability to perform physically demanding labor for the duration of a shift.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in event setup, construction, warehouse, moving, landscaping, or general labor is preferred but not required. Must be dependable and able to work effectively in a team environment. Must follow all safety procedures and supervisor instructions. Must be able to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Safety Requirements:

Closed-toe shoes are required at all times. Sturdy footwear such as composite-toe or steel-toe boots is strongly recommended. Appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn as directed. Safe lifting techniques and proper use of tools are required. Work Environment- This position is best suited for individuals who are in excellent physical condition and accustomed to performing a full day of strenuous physical labor. Employees should expect continuous lifting, carrying, and movement throughout the shift while working alongside a team to complete installations and removals within designated timelines.
