Job Description

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities Attention to
Detail:
Required to minimize errors and ensure accurate documentation. Perform quality checks on all outgoing and incoming shipments. Reliability (Attendance, Task Trustworthiness): Must consistently adhere to work schedules. Must be dependable in carrying out responsibilities to completion.
Parts Order Pulling:
Locate the correct parts based on the order details. Stocking kanbans. Ensure proper pulling, packing, and labeling of parts orders for shipping.
Order Packing:
Utilize spray foam and pre-shaped foam inserts to secure items in shipping boxes. Ensure that all items are packed in a manner that prevents damage during transit.
Shipping Orders:
Process UPS and FedEx domestic orders through the respective shipping software. Ensure that all packages have correct labeling and postage before dispatch.
RMA Receiving:
Unpack returned items and verify their condition. Initiate the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process in the system.
Receiving:
Receive supplier deliveries and verify against purchase orders. Inspect the condition of received goods and process them into inventory.
Forktruck Operation:
Safely operate forklifts for the movement of large and heavy items
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY
None Education and Experience Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Basic understanding of shipping/receiving/warehouse process and previous lift truck experience preferred Skills and Abilities Organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
