Job Description

Recruiting Solutions is hiring Warehouse Associates with preferably Forklift Experience in West Columbia, SC for a premier company in the Midlands! We are seeking reliable candidates with Warehouse/Distribution Center and Forklift experience who are ready to join a fast-paced team environment.

Monday-Friday Location:
West Columbia, SC Hours:
9:00 AM to 6:00
PM Pay Rate :
$18/hour

Temp-to-Hire Benefits Include:
Potential to be hired on Consistent daytime schedule Supportive warehouse team environment Weekly pay every Friday Benefits available including health, dental, and vision
Minimal Requirements To Be Considered:
High school diploma or GED required At least one year of stable work history in a warehouse or distribution center Experience picking and processing inventory Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures Reliable attendance and positive attitude
Additional Preferred Experience:
Sit down forklift experience (gas or propane) Stand up forklift experience Pallet jack experience RF scanner experience
Daily Responsibilities May Include:
Operate gas or propane sit down forklifts Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment Replenish inventory and maintain organized warehouse locations Read and follow pick tickets and packaging instructions accurately Use RF scanners to track inventory and shipments when required Load and unload materials safely and efficiently Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed Complete daily forklift inspections and report maintenance needs Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Work collaboratively with warehouse team members to meet productivity goals
