Warehouse Clerk Location Effingham, South Carolina Category Administrative & Clerical - Buyer / Purchasing Contract Type Contract/Temporary Salary 17 $ - 20 $ / Hour Purchasing & Warehouse Clerk (MRO) We are currently seeking a professional and detail-oriented Purchasing & Warehouse Clerk to join our team. This position offers the potential to become a permanent role based on performance.

Work Environment:

This role is based in an MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) shop environment. The position involves a combination of office-based tasks and hands-on work within a warehouse setting.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (8-hour shift plus lunch break)

Key Responsibilities:

Receive and process all inbound MRO shipments, including deliveries from USPS, FedEx, UPS, and direct vendor shipments Accurately match shipments to purchase orders and enter receipt data into MP2 (ERP system) Coordinate daily with onsite departments (Truck Shop, Fabrication Shop, Welding Shop, and Hydraulics Shop) to obtain receiving documentation for direct shipments Ensure timely and accurate entry of receipts to support efficient vendor invoice processing and payment Assist stock parts buyers with routine inventory audits to maintain accuracy within the MRO tool crib Maintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving area Support additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the MRO Shop Lead

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work effectively in both office and warehouse environments Basic computer skills and familiarity with ERP systems (MP2 experience preferred) Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Pay Details:
