Job Description

Warehouse Labor | Keep the orders moving!
Location:
Columbia, SC (south)
Pay:
$18/hr (Overtime available)
Schedules Available:
  • Monday
  • Friday | 8:00 AM
  • 4:30 PM OR Sunday
  • Wednesday | 7:00 AM
  • 3:30 PM PrideStaff is partnering with a fast-growing warehouse leader in the Columbia, SC area to find dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Labor.
This is a prime opportunity with a company that invests in its people, offering potential Team Lead opportunities in the future due to rapid growth! What You Will Do As a core member of our warehouse team, you'll be the engine that drives our order fulfillment.
Your daily routine will include:
You'll ensure that every order is processed meeting customer-specific compliance warehouse specifications—making sure the packaging, labeling, and routing match what the clients expect. Pull, pack, and process daily customer orders with speed and accuracy to hit productivity goals. Safely unload incoming shipments, verify counts against paperwork, and inspect for any damages. Double-check outgoing orders (quantities, labels, and addresses) to ensure our customers get exactly what they ordered. What You Will Bring to the Team High school diploma or GED equivalent. 1+ years of experience in a warehouse, service, production, or support role. Comfortable using basic technology (MS Office, web navigation, and basic hardware) to track daily tasks. You have an eye for detail and love following standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure accuracy.
