$18.00/hr (Temp-to-Hire) Position Summary We're seeking a General Warehouse Associate with forklift experience and strong power tool/hand tool knowledge . This role supports daily warehouse operations including picking, staging, material handling, and order prep. Manufacturing experience is a plus , especially for candidates familiar with production environments, SOPs, and safety-driven workflows. Key Responsibilities Operate forklift and other material handling equipment (as assigned) Use power tools and hand tools safely (ex: cutters, tape measure, basic shop/warehouse tools) Pull, stage, and prepare materials for orders; follow pick/pack or fulfillment processes Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain accurate documentation Assist with loading/unloading, organizing inventory, and maintaining a clean work area Support a "safety-first" culture: follow PPE requirements and participate in safety training Perform general warehouse duties as needed in a fast-paced environment Required Skills / Qualifications Forklift operation experience (stand-up or sit-down depending on site needs) Comfortable using power tools and hand tools (including measuring and basic math) Ability to read work instructions and follow written procedures Strong attendance, teamwork, and communication skills Ability to lift/move heavy materials (role may require 75-100 lbs regularly) Comfortable standing, bending, reaching, and repetitive movement throughout the shift Basic computer skills or willingness to learn Valid driver's license and clean driving record (if required for site tasks)
