Job Description

Daily mission: Be the extra set of hands that keeps our warehouse moving. Lift it. Move it. Store it. Set it. Repeat. Do it right.
WHO ARE YOU?
You're strong, steady, and dependable. You understand that big auctions are built on consistent effort — box by box, shelf by shelf, trailer by trailer. You follow direction well but don't require constant supervision. Once you know the task, you execute. You take pride in doing the foundational work others rely on.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
You support the Warehouse Manager and Associates in whatever capacity is needed to keep inventory organized, secure, and auction-ready. This is an active, hands-on role focused on lifting, moving, storing, and preparing inventory for auctions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with unloading incoming inventory from trucks and trailers. Help move items between storage areas and facilities. Lift, carry, stack, and organize collectibles as directed. Assist with auction display setup and teardown. Support shipment preparation as assigned. Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization. Assist with basic inventory placement and labeling. Operate warehouse equipment if trained and certified. Follow all safety guidelines and warehouse procedures. Provide general labor support during auction weeks. Special projects or any other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Entry-level; warehouse experience a plus but not required. Non-CDL Class C certification an asset Ability to follow direction and complete tasks efficiently. Strong work ethic and reliability required. Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Team-oriented mindset.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Active warehouse role requiring standing, walking, bending, and lifting. Must be able to lift or move objects up to 100 lbs. (with assistance when needed). Physical stamina and strength required. Willing and able to work at our Greenville headquarters. Local travel between facilities may be required. Full-time position
