Warehouse Associate

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our team in Greenville, SC! The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining the efficiency of our flooring division warehouse operations by performing various tasks including lifting, organizing, picking and pulling material, staging jobs, and loading out materials to our subcontractors. Responsibilities Pick and pull flooring and tile material and accessories for next day jobs. Attention to detail and accuracy of what is being picked and pulled is vital. Reading and understanding pick tickets. Staging jobs in designated areas for the next day. Keep the warehouse clean and maintain an organized work environment. Inventory counts and record keeping - cycle counts & inventory audits. Labeling and storing items properly in the racks for easy retrieval. Assist team members with loading and unloading for delivery or installation. Monitor stock levels and notify supervisors of low inventory. Follow safety protocols when handling heavy or bulky items. Skills High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is a plus. Forklift experience. Forklift certification is preferred; willingness to obtain certification may be accepted. Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Flooring inventory management/experience is a plus. Pay:

$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
