• 19/hour; shift differential for off-shift hours

Available Shifts:

2nd Shift = Monday-Friday, 3 pm

• 11 pm 3rd Shift = Sunday-Thursday, 11 pm

Move and stage raw materials at weatherstripping machines Supply machines with needed materials to support continuous production Collect, sort, and transport rework material Use electric pallet jacks (training provided

• no forklift use required) Maintain good housekeeping in raw material and production areas Follow all safety and quality standards Support operators and supervisors with additional tasks as needed What We're Looking For Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to follow instructions and adapt to changing priorities Basic communication and organization skills Manufacturing or material handling experience is helpful, but not required Willingness to learn and grow into more technical roles Physical Requirements Standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable working in a louder production environment We're actively hiring for both 2nd and 3rd shift .
