This is a hands-on role ideal for candidates with strong shipping, receiving, inventory control, and forklift experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for supporting shipping, receiving, inventory accuracy, and overall warehouse operations to ensure smooth production flow. The role includes handling incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining inventory records, operating warehouse equipment, and assisting with daily workflow coordination. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and experienced in material handling and warehouse organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive incoming shipments and verify materials against packing lists Report damaged, missing, or incorrect inventory and assist with documentation Prepare outgoing shipments including labeling, packaging, and shipping paperwork Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock verification Record inventory movement and update internal tracking systems Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks, or cherry pickers as needed Support supervisors with daily workflow coordination and warehouse organization Collaborate with internal departments to support shipping and production timelines Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean work area

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required 3+ years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory control experience preferred Strong forklift and material handling experience preferred Experience with inventory tracking, cycle counts, and shipping documentation Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work throughout the shift Basic computer skills and accurate recordkeeping ability Strong attention to detail and reliability Manufacturing or distribution experience strongly preferred
