Parts Driver / Warehouse Associate

Warehouse & Parts Support SpecialistThe Opportunity We are looking for a reliable, "all-hands-on-deck" teammate to join us in a role that keeps things moving! If you enjoy a job where the day goes by fast because you're doing a bit of everything, this is for you. While you'll be our go-to for deliveries a few times a week, the majority of this role is based in our warehouse. You'll be the backbone of our inventory, a helping hand at the parts counter, and an apprentice in learning the business side of things. We're a team that supports one another, and we're looking for someone who is ready to jump in wherever the day takes us.

What You'll Be Doing Warehouse Operations:

This is where you'll spend most of your time. You'll handle incoming stock, keep the floor organized, and make sure orders are picked accurately and ready to go.

Parts Counter & Billing:

You'll get to step behind the counter to help customers and learn the basics of our computer system. We'll teach you how to handle billing and look up parts so you can grow your skills.

Deliveries:

A few times a week, you'll hop in the truck to deliver parts to our local vendors and customers. You'll be the friendly face of our shop out on the road.

Occasional Equipment Use:

You'll use a forklift and pallet jack every once in a while to move heavier items, but it isn't the main focus of the job.

General Support:

Whether it's tidying up the shop or helping a teammate with a heavy load, you're someone who sees what needs to be done and does it.

You don't need to be a computer whiz, but you should be comfortable learning how to navigate our billing and inventory software.

Reliability:

You have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record for those times you're out on the road.

You're comfortable being on your feet and can handle heavy lifting when the warehouse gets busy.

Team Mindset:

Stability:

Your hours will be set for the most part.

Flexibility:

Occasionally, we may need to adjust the schedule to cover for a teammate's vacation or a day off.
