Compensation:

This position is hourly. Pay starts at $17.00 [with potentially raises twice per year]

Job Responsibilities:

• Execute inbound and outbound warehouse operations including receiving, unloading, sorting, labeling, replenishment, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Ensure order accuracy, product quality, and on-time shipment to meet customer expectations.
• Operate scanning systems and maintain inventory accuracy through audits and proper storage practices.
• Load and unload trucks efficiently while inspecting incoming goods for damage or discrepancies.
• Process customer returns in accordance with company procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work environment.
• Adhere to safety, quality, productivity, attendance, and behavioral standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse processes.
• Perform additional operational tasks as directed based on business needs.

Job Requirements:

Comfortable working on your feet with exposure to heat, cold, noise, and dust while working around moving equipment and elevated stations. High school diploma or equivalent and at least 18 years of age. The physical requirements for this position include frequently lifting, pushing, and sliding packages that typically weight up to 50lbs, and may have to occasionally team lifts up to 75lbs. Able to receive feedback and work well in a team environment. Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and physical lifting assessment. Standing for extended periods of time. Repetitive motion. Frequent bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling of parts and containers. Able to work in various temperature conditions. Must maintain dependable, on-time attendance.
