Job Overview Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Warehouse Associate, where your energy and attention to detail will drive our logistics operations forward! In this vital role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing inventory, preparing shipments, and ensuring smooth distribution processes. Your proactive approach and teamwork will help us deliver exceptional service to our customers. Duties Safely operate equipment to load, unload, and move inventory throughout the warehouse Assist with order picking and packing using warehouse management systems (WMS) to ensure accurate order fulfillment for e-commerce and distribution channels Stock shelves, organize inventory, and maintain a clean, organized workspace to optimize warehouse efficiency Prepare shipments by packaging products securely and accurately according to specifications, ensuring timely dispatch Conduct shipping and receiving activities, verifying inbound and outbound shipments against documentation Support inventory management by conducting stock counts, ensuring order accuracy, and maintaining appropriate stock levels Collaborate with team members to load and unload deliveries efficiently while adhering to safety protocols Qualifications Previous warehouse experience or familiarity with warehouse distribution environments preferred Experience with warehouse management systems preferred Strong basic math skills for inventory counting, measurements, and order calculations Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures and order fulfillment processes in e-commerce settings Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy items safely; comfortable standing, walking, bending for extended periods Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Join us in a role where your skills make a real impact!
