We minimize food waste by keeping refrigeration running We help small businesses stay open and profitable We give owners peace of mind through proactive service and communication We save the day—not just with technical skill, but with how we follow through We're currently seeking a full-time Warehouseman to support warehouse operations, inventory flow, fleet readiness, and job staging while helping our Operations team stay organized, prepared, and execution-ready.
POSITION SNAPSHOT
As a Warehouseman, you help keep the operational side of Refrigeration Heroes running smoothly behind the scenes. You'll support the Inventory & Warranty Lead and Estimator & Fleet Manager by organizing warehouse operations, staging materials for jobs, tracking inventory movement, supporting fleet readiness, and helping ensure technicians have what they need before they head into the field. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, structure, follow-through, and staying ahead of problems before they impact the team.
In short:
you help create operational readiness so work gets completed efficiently, accurately, and without chaos.
KEY ROLES & MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Warehouse Organization & Readiness Maintain a clean, organized, and clearly labeled warehouse Organize shelves, staging areas, warranty parts, returns, and special-order materials Help maintain warehouse standards and operational systems Ensure materials and tools are stored safely and efficiently Job Staging & Material Coordination Pull, stage, label, and prepare materials for service calls and installs Verify staged materials against work orders and technician needs Coordinate with Service, Dispatch, Projects, and Estimating teams Help reduce technician downtime caused by missing or incomplete materials Inventory Support Receive and stock incoming deliveries accurately Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts Help investigate missing, damaged, or incorrect inventory Support truck stock and warehouse organization efforts Warranty & Returns Support Assist with warranty part organization and tagging Help maintain proper documentation for warranty claims and returns Support return-to-vendor processes and material tracking Fleet & Facility Support Assist with fleet organization and vehicle readiness Help track preventative maintenance, inspections, and vehicle upkeep Support warehouse cleanliness and facility organization In addition to warehouse responsibilities, this role may occasionally assist with light operational support projects such as workspace setup, equipment mounting, organization improvements, and other hands-on tasks that support the team and facility. Administrative & Operational Support Help track operational follow-through and warehouse tasks Maintain accurate records in ServiceTitan, spreadsheets, or tracking systems Communicate proactively when issues, shortages, or delays arise

THE MOST SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES HAVE
Experience in warehouse operations, inventory, logistics, or operational support roles Strong organizational skills and attention to detail A proactive, dependable work style Comfort working in fast-moving environments Ability to manage multiple priorities without losing track of details Strong communication and teamwork skills Experience with inventory systems, spreadsheets, or ServiceTitan is a plus
